    I'm interested in the kinds of things you are doing to get your fitness up to Ranger standards, so post up your workouts, man!

    it's so different than anything I've done:

    I lifted back today, deads - tbar rows - chin ups

    then it's 500 lunge punches , 400 crunches (then we go to the ball routine, every 10 crunch 8lb medicine ball 5x dropped from 4 feet). 3 different varying types of cardio are worked in, today hardest was backwards incline .5 miles to finish the workout. I'm nowhere near where I need to be, that's why I've spent the money to work on it. one in three even makes rangers, the main problem with me is that conventionally I've always trained for the pump. I keep growing lol, not something I'm complaining about, but the more size, the harder the agility. I'll have a 3 mile jog tonight and call it a day.

    tom - no lifting, it's all sled dashes - fucking jumping exercises - i don't know what it's called, but when you have the string to do mini sprints thru, then the same thing but for your head. It takes about an hour on non lift days, days I lift I bring a meal (oatmeal and tuna today) and a pwo shake.. 2 1/2 hours.

      Cool.... that's some interesting stuff. I wish I was 20 years younger - wouldn't mind taking a shot at qualifying for SOF...

        tell you one thing, it's all about how explosive you can be at your size - and right now that needs improvement major. But, that's the point of training.
