    Shoulders today.

    Nutrition: Good. Probably will end up with a 1800 Kcal 40/40/20 split.

    Sleep: Not great. 5.5 hours.

    Workout:

    DB shoulder press: 4x12
    DB lateral raise: 3x12
    Machine rear delts 3x12
    DB Shrugs 3x12

    Evening plan: 4-6 mile hike with my sons in Forest Park. Pace will be as fast as my 9yo can handle. Don't want to turn into drill instructor dad lol..

      Trying to improve push ups and endurance. Similar to burpees, another good one is 8 count body builders. Hold the push up position a bit longer than a burpee.
