I was doing back extensions with a 45lb plate. I did 10 then finished with a burn out without the plate. When I stood up, I got a head rush and had to drop to a knee. Took me a bit to get my bearings. Anyone ever have this happen to them?

Occasionally happened to me but never while working out. It is usually where I am squatting or kneeling on the floor doing something and then I get up suddenly.
The good news is that this can happen if you have a slow heartbeat and low blood pressure, that is, you are in excellent shape. When you stand up suddenly, gravity pulls blood away from your brain and you experience temporary dizziness until the next heartbeat can pump blood to your brain again.
If it keeps happening, you might want to get it checked out, but I don't think it is anything to be concerned about if it is merely a one-off thing like you are describing.

It was a little scary. I couldn't see anything but stars when I dropped to a knee.
My blood pressure last time I went to the doc was 106/68. My doctor was surprised to see it so low because of my size. His fat ass rolls around the office though so I shouldn't be surprised he does have low blood pressure
