  • shakes after lifting

    everytime I do back / chest / legs - it takes me like 3 hours to stop twitching, i dunno wtf it is - the big compounds wreck me lol, I feel like absolute dog shit 30 minutes post workout - can barely get myself to do a thing and now I'm ready to fall fast asleep but gotta stay up so I get my sleep normal. You guys shake like that after the bigger lbs are pushed ?

      not sure - throw in some dextrose pwo ? Look @ my meal log for today what should I add - im sitting here , my chest / shoulders feel like i got fucking tons of fast twitches going like crazy - goes down to my hands for the first hour after lifting - eventually goes away.

          will give it a shot for sure. It just doesn't feel normal - I don't remember when it started but it's real frustrating - I'll give ya that last night I slept 4 hours and that was the most I've had in 5 days. But this has been going on for longer than that, month or so I'd say.

            Yea potassium and probably dehydration. Drink more water, and if you want add in some BCAA's in your gallon jug to help with flavor and to add amino acids. I started doing that.

              2 gallons a day - keep one of the juggies on me all the time no matter where.

              Adding in potassium and also some magnesium - i have low magnesium from last bloodwork and I continually have forgotten to start taking a supp for that.

                  could be the issue right there.

                  you are diluting your body with so much water. sodium balance is probably fucked.

                  i am pretty sure that i am bigger and heavier then you and i only take in about a 1.25- 1.50 gals of water a day.

                    alright - well I'm going to start w/some mag / potassium and drop the water a notch i only upped it coz of gear.

                          Waste of money imo. Aren't you getting enough protein between food and shakes?

                            wow - i took 300 mg mag 300mg pot and I don't have the same shakes at all. What a difference. thx guys.
