    I am wondering what everyone's opinion is on how far to release on rows. I have heard both full extension (shoulders roll completely forward) as well as stop short of full extension to keep tension on your lats. Any opinions?

    PS- I myself tend to alternate workout to workout

    I do full extension. I feel this amazing stretch. I love it

      depends how your back looks to be honest - my back grows like a weed - esp in width - so I tend to do reverse and bring it into the middle - I do one exercise for width and fucking still grows faster than the rest of me lol.

      I would always do full exntension except last inch - to remain pressure on the muscle. Always filling the muscle with blood.

        I usually do the same, not completely full extension but never did it any other way. Maybe I will try full extension and see or feel the difference.
