  • TIME TO GET BACK IN!

    Alright fellas!

    i know its been a while since iv posted. sorta been off the grid lately. within the last few months iv been going to school full time and going to work whenever i dont have school to make rent. lets just say i lost some weight. havent had any real time to really focus on my training because im going to school 40 hours a week and working another 25 at my real job at night. havent had much time to get committed. but i am ready to get back into the game!

    living the bachelor life right now guys which means. alot of partying (mostly out of my system) broke, not much spare time and starving myself from the lack of food preparation money food etc etc.

    BUT thats all gonna change. im gonna get back on this horse! time to gain back that lost weight... im gonna focus back into the gym and try to spend whatever time i have in rest and preparing food for the week to come.

    i would just like to ask for your guys support and HELP to figure out some easy tips and tricks that i know you guys have figured out from being in these type of situations. i know iv seen a few students and others talk about issues with time, money and energy issues

    any advice is greatly appreciated and welcome!

    Good to have you back. I'll give you a few tips that I use to save some cash.

    First, buy your food in bulk. Sam's club easily saves me $50, if not more, each month on chicken, egg whites, hot sauce, veggies, and berries. Pathmark has a sale every few months on oatmeal that is usually buy one get one free. I load up on oatmeal. And if you are going to be out partying, pregaming sabves serious $$

    As for time, I cook about 10lbs of chicken every five days along with a bunhc of veggies and split green peas (fiber). When I want to eat, I pull it out and toss in some hot sauce, heat and eat.

      this is exactly what i was looking for thank man. now where to find a sams club? haha is that the same as a cosco?

            yes first of all costco - secondly - COLOSSUS you know i love you bro and we go back a bit but spending money on the bachelor life could be a ot better if you spent it on some test and got bigger than those faggot frat boys homey!

                    gotta admit - I used to be all egg whites this and that - now granted I lost over 100lbs at one point in my life , no sbullshit - but when you have muscle on you - eat a damn egg brother !! B told me same thing - and I enjoyed tasty breakfasts and saw perfectly good results

                      I do throw in some yolks every other day. I am also concerned about my health. I am the healthiest I have EVER been in my life at this point.

                      And B, pussy takes the gym. If I had to choose only one, it would be the pink.

                        haha i havent even read the rest of the post cause i stopped at this one and i have to go to work now but man i aint no fuckin frat boy! fuck that! i was just in rage mode for a good month or so and aint plannin on partying every night any more. like i said im ready to get down and dirty again ! but thanks for the check homey! ill be on later tonight to read the rest but i just got home from school and now off to work!

                            Again dead on - since my injury I have yet to get laid , had chances and no desire - without my weights - forget it - ill end up in some In treatment or whatever on HBO.
