  • HELP: New workout

    Ok guys I am attempting to gain a good 15 lbs of muscle and my workouts are great but feel they can be better. I would like to get bigger and stronger without losing my speed and endurance. Anyone have any ideas for workouts.
    And I am starting a new cycle with NO, but want some opinions. I like No Explode, superpump, black powder and trac what have your experiences with them.

    Well it's pretty well proven - more muscle more speed more strength - don't stress unless its weight category competition.

    Can you post your workouts ? Scruumhalf has a good amount of knowledge of thees sort of workouts and is a real solid brother, I think he would be the best bet for advice once your routine is posted.

    As fror suppliment I have tried all of those -NO-explode is the best you mentioned - but Iwould get vassive NO over any and ALL of them any day of the week brother. Best of lucky.

        i had made it for my old high school and they are starting this workout soon as well. So let me know what you think.

          your focusing on supplements which suck. they will not help you reach your goal. get a routine and diet nailed down. the link you provided doesnt work. and if you made it yourself in hs dont bother its probably crap. a strength routine in combination with plyometrics is what you need.

            does your school have a lifting team ? If so - ask the COACH - not the biggest dude tehre for advice - last thing you need is kids like i knew in highschool dbol a day for bigger arms ! Have mom pack you an extra sandwhich ! lol - terrible advice.
