Ok guys I am attempting to gain a good 15 lbs of muscle and my workouts are great but feel they can be better. I would like to get bigger and stronger without losing my speed and endurance. Anyone have any ideas for workouts.
And I am starting a new cycle with NO, but want some opinions. I like No Explode, superpump, black powder and trac what have your experiences with them.
