Having 3 young children, it’s not always easy to get to the gym. What are some high cardio, intense workouts that I can do at home (without the need for equipment)?

Give some more details about your surroundings. Stairs? Backyard? Street on hill?...

I have stairs and a small backyard. I've just started jumping rope - and the kids really enjoy participating, too.

I've heard some really good things about Ross Enamait. He is primarily a boxing coach and trainer but has ventured into the general fitness and strength field. Think Crossfit without the cult-like atmosphere. Search him on Amazon and you will see his books come up. Never Gymless and Infinite Intensity get really good reviews.
