  • Carb loading pre workout

Holy mother of fuck. I ate 3 cups of white rice preworkout. Took 3 scoops of Jack3d 20 minutes before i worked out.

I never have had a workout like this. I did only 3 exercises for chest and nailed out 5 sets for each exercise. I have never felt this alive. I felt new. Felt fantastic and felt like i could lift for days straight.

I could feel my pulse in my wrists and everything. After each set i was adding on 5lbs-10lbs.

i also noticed a little more color on me. Probably due to all the carbs and NO at once.

What i really liked was at my last exercise of the day, I did flies. After my 5th rep my chest was toasted. When i put the weights on the ground I felt all the blood rush away and got really light headed. That was a little odd because for about 20s i felt as if i was in a dream. Very hazed and tired. Once I came back to normal I was cheerful as hell.

Feel so good right now. I hope to study my ass off and sleep like a baby :D

a wise man once put simply "gotta put gas in the car to drive it" - and his results have proven that.

Be easy on the carb cycling brother, what's the rush you know ? I'd take a slower approach and not risk losing ANY of that muscle, but you know this is what i've been saying. Just gonna advocate not losing gains man. Muscle memory is good and all but think of how hard one pound of real muscle is to get.. you don't want to waste a month when you don't have too. And to be frank, being natty (which im not against at all dont get me wrong) is also important to remember - some diets you will see posted you have to take all angles, wha they are running etc. The mirror is where it is at.

lol very true. Thanks man. Not losing gains, so no worry there.

I did figure out that I need more carbs before my workout on leg days, because I do get fatigued very easily after squats, and usually don't have the will power to go harder.

It's always a process - I mean I've gone keto on gear , and I swear by it. But honestly, I'd rather not feel like I'm starving - esp if im on t3 / clen whatever if im trying to cut and the fluttery feeling - fuck that. You just gotta find your body and how it works with what. We are all our own guinea pigs - I just am pointing this out over and over because I know you put your time in and I know you don't want to lose those gains. Glad it's working for you man, it's trial and error.
