I was listening to some guys at the gym discussing high and low reps. Some guys will say low reps heavy weight is better for building muscle others say higher reps and more pump is better. Anybody care to post there opinion on this I'd like to hear the different points on this...:weights:

You will certainly respond better to one way or another - for some body parts I respond best to higher repetitions , others lower . Bottom line if you train to failure - and you continue till you hit a point where your gains are becoming static. That's where you look to really change things up.
Lifting isn't complicated - people make millions by having the next great muscle building secret - reality is lift heavy eat heavy and both to failure, sleep. You will grow.
