    I need to figure out some things about cardio as well. I have been getting up in the morning taking my vitimans but before I eat anything I go for a run. The way I see it if I eat first then basically I'm burning off what I just ate. If I run before I eat my body is using my fat for energy right? This has been working so far. I lift in the evening with my friend and he has shown me how to train different body parts on different days and what not so I'm in good hands there. Open to any suggestions here as well

    When you wake up the morning its good to do low intensity cardio to burn fat off and not high intensity cardio to burn off fat and muscle. Plus you will be very weak in the morning to do any high intensity cardio. So keep it slow and simple. About 30 minutes every morning is good.
