Nothing beats old fashioned free weight but in certian areas cables are better. Take the preacher curl for example with free weight the stress on the muscle is only so far in your range of motion before gravity takes over as where with cables on preacher curls the stress is all the way through the whole range of motion. What are some exercises that are better with cables, any opinions?

Preacher Hammers are where its at.....
