    Anybody ever use one of those hand squeezer deals? I'm trying to beef up my fore arms. Any suggestions for this?

    I have them, used them, and found no results. Go heavy on back and your forearms get on hell of a workout.

      the hand squeezers are ok for grip strengh but your best to use barbell or dumbells doin some barbell wrist curls.

      i also like to hold a barbell behind my back and do some wrist raises. This makes you feel the burn

            Also try Farmer's Walk. The end of the workout when everything else is burned out is a good time.

                  if your gym has chalk use it to chalk up your hands. If not, use straps. If you have access to both, use both
