Man I was doing legs tonight and I have knee problems it runs in my family my grandpa had to have both knees replaced and he never lifted weights. So I took some time off from legs and been slowly progressing in weight and tonight while doing squats my legs fucking buckled on me man. If not for my spotters I'd have gotten hurt it scared the shit outta me. I don't know what to do for real I'm out of proportion i can bench as much as I can squat. I've rapped my knees tried different shit. Its just my right knee for real and tonight it wasn't even that just tried to go heavier and it wasn't there. fucking pissed man don't know what to do
