muscle soreness??

if im not sore the day after a work out, does that mean i didnt work hard enough?

Not always. Sometimes it takes 2 days and certain muscles don't get as sore.

I find that the larger muscle groups tend to become sore more often than smaller ones. My back and legs tend to feel some soreness. My arms rarely do despite them probably being one of the strongest parts of me genetically size wise.

If your workout is intense as it should be there should be some soreness, not pain always but you should be able to tell you did something
