        i would say it has some weight on the bar but certainly doesnt behave like it has almost 1000 lbs on it.

        looks more like a 450-500lb squat to me.

        those plates have weight to them but they look hollow.

          how can a plate look hollow lol!

          You mean they way they move under stress? I kind of looked at the squat and thought the way he went down if it was 900lb theres no way he'd be coming back up because he took so long, the bar was bending though

            those plates look hollow. they are far bigger then they need to be. they almost look like ceramic. never in my life seen plates like that.

            the way the bar moves. 1000lbs should move a bar more then that.

                never seen those kind of plates in my life. powerlifters in my gym do just fine with the 45lbs plates...
