well this is my second week back after a 6 plus week layoff and 3 month clean out and i am up to 495 lbs on my bent over rows .. i only got 6 but felt good to go heavy again.

got up to 405 on incline and flat bench yesterday .. pretty pleased with it just being my second week back :) - my goal is 600 lb incline

            This is just becoming ridiculous!

Those are Ronnie Coleman Poundages for fucks sake. You are another kind of specimen Scott.

There must be about 0.0001% of the poppulation world over that can do that and someone like you needs to start geting some bodybuilding media coverage, whether its R muscle to being with or muscular development you need to get yourself in focus so that when you step on stage next you are known and have a following. I would love to see you featured on a workout video.

Cmon dude the time has come

one of the craziest things I ever saw

YouTube - Poundstone 800lb Deadlift for 9 reps

and equally this for the totally relaxed attitude and child spotter

YouTube - Andy Haman 600 lb bench press

mr i , i was actually in the process of getting things setup when i got popped ... it hurt me as no one wanted to touch me with the legal issues and magnifying glass on gear so took 3 years of prime away from me... i will be 41 in jan so imo my time has gone by .... i will train heavy though till i fall apart which is happening now i am just to stubborn to back off .. i train with 20 year olds cant let them beat the old man :)
