    On my fast day I've run a 63 400. 210 huh? Damn I'd love to be that big. 5'7" @ 210, fucken stacked man!

      This what I know you wanna gain weight fucking eat man. Chicken, steak, fish, oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, eggs, weight gainer, shakes, fish oil, lift heavy, train hard and EAT!!! I used to weigh 140 lbs stepped on the scale this morning at 208 lbs. My goal is 225 lbs with a good low body fat % good luck man

        Thanks for the encouragement bro. Hit the gym hard yesterday after taking a week off to recover. I'm sore as fuck today! Been eating around 5 to 6 times a day now.

        How long did it take you to get to where you are now and how much cardio are you doing?

          Not much cardio because I'm bulking and trying to gain. Read the thread Bouncer posted about bulking you running that much you gonna burn up all your calories and make it hard for you to gain or harder I should say.
