    What does everyone do?

    I usually do 3 sets french press, 3 sets cable.

    Today I added 2 sets single arm reverse cable, don't usually do them but wanted to try

    Skull crushers, Tricep push-down, close grip bench, rope extensions, seated dips

      nothing is better for mass than close grip w/ EZ-curl bar. dips bodyw8t or seated dips.

          I do tri-cep push down, seated machine dips, and weighted dips using two benches. I know it's none of the mass building exercises, but I have always gotten very good results.

                Keep your body vertical and you'll hit triceps. If you lean forward, you'll hit chest. Weighted dips are a fantastic exercise.

                  Agreed.... right now, I am doing about 5-6 reps with +85lbs on a dip belt. My goal is to do 5-6 reps with my body weight on a dip belt... may have to get a bit stronger for that..:)
