When I posted the thread about super sets the other day the reason behind it was this. I was reading about doing lets say a compound exercise like incline bench presses followed by say dumb bell flies or pec deck you know isolation movement. The point being to pump as much blood into the muscle as possible. I think this could lead to over training if to many sets were done but it does make sense and would seem a good way to really tax the muscle to the fullest. I wouldn't think this should be done a lot but I'd like to know what you guys think about this.

To get the pump, yea do this because you're forcing blood in. However, this shouldn't be done all the time. The biggest pump I get is super setting biceps and triceps. I also get a massive pump by drop sets. I honestly prefer drop sets because with my pre-workout supplement it intensifies everything.

Hey Dago, you want pumps? give this a try for a few weeks. :D
I posted this a few years back. This was my routine for six weeks during my contest prep.
