Lets say I do a killer bicep workout on monday. How long would it take that muscle to heal with proper nutrition, rest, but off cycle. Now how long would it take while on cycle? Using 450mg test-E a week now. I'm just trying to figure how often I should be training my different muscles a week. I was doing twice a week but it seems with certian muscles its better for more time between workouts???

Well the reason I asked is because it seems to take 2 workouts a week for my arms but for like chest and shoulders and shit it seems once a week is better right now. Seems I'm growing more off the once a week than the twice a week.
