That's some tough shit. I can only do about one while standing. Hope to get to three standing rollouts by the end of the year - one of my 2011 goals. Can do about 12-15 on my knees but standing is a different beast altogether.
Rocket, Ross is a boxing trainer... thought you might be aware of him. Dude's legit... his conditioning books are just beyond awesome. I take routines from "Infinite Intensity" all the time... and routinely get my ass kicked by it.. :rofl:
