Bump, hit chest fuckin hard. Had the pump like no other. Walked away from incline bench with a pulsating chest and arms. I actually had trouble doing my warm up on incline flies right after, lol.

          I like this feeling

glad to hear you are bouncing back ... you have to remember with the run youve been on man your body NEEDS those nutrients badly. I know personally especially when im on cycle I HAVE to have high protein as well as adequate rest. Even if I feel perfect I always take a we ek to 10 days off at some point doing no lifting at all and just cardio and abs.
                good luck! keep us posted

Appreciate your feedback bro. Definitely feeling better. I just need to work on gettin more sleep, because honestly we grow in our sleep. 5-6 hours a night doesn't cut it.

I didn't start feeling the effects of this until last Wednesday. I got home from the gym and just wanted to pass out. Same thing happened last Thursday and Friday.

Came to the gym Monday, and attempted to hit chest hard. I was struggling to do the same weights i have been doing for a month. I managed, but felt like my muscles were going to give out ASAP. I shrugged it off and hit it hard on Tuesday. I did back on Tuesday, and it was worse. I could barely deadlift 315lbs for my usual 11 reps. I did 8 before i gave out.

Did shoulders and traps today, i actually felt weaker. It was embarrassing. I've been waking up every morning this week and its felt like i have been hit by a truck.

No energy for basic tasks, no energy for lifting, can't get a pump, and overall feeling run down.

Are these signs that i need to take off a week? Mentally i have to be in the gym, because if not i feel edgy. I was thinking of going in next week and doing light weights and seeing how i feel. Or possibly even cardio for that week.

                        Thanks guys/girls.
I just went through something similar. I took a 8 day total layoff from the gym and went back at it. That weeks rest done me wonders and I look like Ive grown some from the rest and recovery. I didnt lose on ounce of strength from the week off either.

Yup, that works. I had the same effect a few years ago when i took off 1 week for training.
