  • George Farah's suggd leg routine 3 weeks out

    Before I get flamed for this:
    I realize heavy compound movements rule.
    Precontest one should keep weights as heavy as possible.

    With that being said...

    This is what George Farah has his athletes do at three weeks out for legs:

    7 sets extentions
    7 sets of leg curls
    7 sets of lunges

    I'm not saying this is the best routine, nor am I one to say I have good legs because I do not...it's just what he has his athletes do at 3 weeks out.

    Going to try this tonight. I have been reading up on everything farah related. If you have any other information that you could share it would be much appreciated:thumup:

      I liked this alot... I did do fronmt squats in place of lunges though:agreed:

        Sure, like what? The leg routine is usually done within the last couple weeks of a show due to low water retention stiff joints etc etc.
