  • Benched 90lb DBs for the first time!

    Hoisted 90lb DBs and benched 5 reps with them! :weights:

    Not a big deal for you guys maybe, but it was a big step for me.

    90lb DBs are kept on a separate rack in my gym with the bigger DBs and now I get to hang with the big boys... :thumup:

        yeah, just be careful when getting into the high dbl's... that's how I tore a rotator cuff... incline dumbell press w/ 100lbs each... Congrats! keep tearing up the gym =)

                Thanks guys! I am 5'6" and 135 lbs, so 180lbs is a significant lift for me. :)

                I will be 45 in 4 months.

                  my buddy did that i was watching him ... db just fell on his head when the shoulder quit on him LOL i tried not to laugh didnt think he was injured

                    ahh a fellow little person. lol I'm 5'6" as well. Yes that's a nice lift for your weight.
