  • Preachers curls

    Last night I did preacher curls first I usually do barbell curls first but I'm trying to get my bicep bigger near my elbows/forearms so I did preachers while I was fresh and strong. I normally do bi's and tri's together but I wanted to do bench today so I didn't hit my tri's yesterday. Still I was not as strong on bench as I was jus 4 days ago. Maybe just a bad day it happens, low energy levels Idk. I am wondering if my bicep workout affected my bench press today. I'm a lil sore in my biceps today I could tell just changing the plates.

      Id say the change in routine affected it more then the actual workout itself...it happens to me sometimes
