What do you do if you see someone in the gym using very dangerous form. Do you tell them, or lower the eyes, mind your business and wait for the scream?

Lol. Overwhelming response. Ive only seen a few really bad instances. I said something once because the guys back looked like a fishing rod that had just hooked a 150lb Marlin while he was doing deadlifts - but this guy was clearly a beginner with no idea.

On the weekend I watched a guy with legs that should be pressing 200lbs, load 500lbs onto the press, wrap his knees and then do sets of 3-4 presses that travel less than my shoulder shrugs. Each "bounce" he was hyper extending his knees and letting the full 500lbs bounce bone on bone. This time I did as everyone has suggested and just thought "what a tool".
