Damn.. ok My fore arms and elbows got to the point they were screaming so bad I had to take a break.(felt like shin splints in my forearms).. so with labor day weekend I figured I was gonna miss my work outs ..so I just stayed out for 4 more gym days over a period of 11 days. Wow do my arms feel better!!! I guess they really needed a break, but tonight in the gym I felt WEAK AS SHIT... like I was starting all over again. frigging sux......:noo:
