How do you sort it out. Train each side in isolation?

I trained legs yesterday first time after getting a small strain in the upper right thigh fron hacks. I started with leg extensions and whereas I normally just warm up with one leg at a time I trained properly one at a time. Wherr I vould get 15 with my right I was getting 17 - 20 with my left.
