    That's pretty high volume. I saw your other thread about how the high volume is working for you. I personally as a lifelong natty can't see myself with this volume. Does the gear help you handle the volume, improve recovery, etc.?

      Yeah the gear helped recover. Then again when my guy pulled the supps from me for 6ish weeks he had me doin the same routine. (Although my CNS could not do all of it).
