2011 was a let down for me. I had much higher expectations. I set my goals high, worked my ass off, suffered, stuffed my face with bland bs, etc etc and unfortunately didn't improve much from 2010. The only improvement was the legs for me. The positive is that I learned a shitload more about my body this last year trying different things. Some worked a lot did not work.
