Nope, I dod one at one of mine too, lota guys do that to stretch out the hams and show them off at the same time before transitioning into a rear double B or lat spread, its only gay if you tuck your pants in your ass and wiggle like tony freeman

Unfortunately I have yet to have a training partner that lasted longer than a few months. Perhaps having someone to push me beyond my limitations would help me. It just seems tough to find someone who is on the same schedule, similar goals, similar routine/exercise choices...my old roommate was recently a natl level competitor. We trained a few times but meth got in the way before we could workout together for any length of time. Sad, guy had a shitload of talent.

I lift by myself too. Hard to get guys at my age to synchronize schedules, with families and other commitments. It hasn't really bothered me too much, except it would be nice to have someone who can help me go past failure every so often, do negatives, and such.

yeah its tough to get training partners on the same schedule so I lift alone now, but when you do its great
