    Tonight was back;

    Three sets hammer strength lat pulldowns
    Two sets bent bb row
    Two sets single arm row
    Two sets seated cable row
    Two sets machine pullover

    Calves three sets seated

    Thirty mins treadmill fast walk on incline

      We don't have a good pull up station and I can exert more control with some form of pull down so I'm not a huge fan

        Smith machine press
        Side lateral dumbbell
        Bent lateral dumbbell
        Dumbbell shrugs

        push downs
        French press
        Machine overhead
