    Left triceps is still jacked up.... Most of the swelling has gone down but the lower part of the muscle still don't look right/ or feel right.It's been about 5 weeks now. I have good mobility back and can do daily tasks again. But when I try to actually use the muscle it still hurts like hell. Doing BS physical therapy exercises don't seem to help much. Finally back to where I can do about 10 pushups on it before I have to stop. I'm hoping to start back in the gym in a few weeks with real light stuff.Time will tell....

    Good thing is im getting a lot of leg work in now turkey season is in, diet is still good and not gaining any bad weight while out of the gym.:thumup:

    its sounds like you are going to the generic type of physical therapy where they do nonsense like waiving your arms around and picking up a 2 lb weight. lol. you need to go to someone who specializes in sports injuries.
