it varies from jogging, cardio, playing bball,or just simply running and chasing my girl around(in a good way). But yeah Ive done jumping jacks for minutes at a time

my cardio consists of kick boxing 3 d/w mui ti fighting 2 d/w and for fun i study kenpo and grappleing when i feel like really getting dirty
this i think is what helps me stay around 9-10 %bf year round and i love kickin the shit outta some guy when im all wound up
i walk out feeling like a million and change ....
