I have been trying to maintain a push/pull/legs/off/off routine (3 days lifting, 2 days off), but due to work constraints and life in general, it is getting hard to maintain. I seem to be hitting each bodypart roughly once a week.
I seem to be doing fine as far as strength, etc. is concerned but I don't know if I am cutting my gains short. What do you guys think? Any of you have routines where you hit each bodypart roughly once a week?
