Someone post a good back workout for me or whatever you do. Scrum and I were debating on the difference of doing biceps before doing back or doing biceps after or at all for that matter. I understand the logic of doing your heavy compound movements first for all around size. But I read in a mag a few years ago guy was doing intense bicep workouts before training back so that when he did his back exercise's the bicep did not come into play as much thus putting more focus on pulling with your back not your arms. Good form is always great but sometimes you just cant help but use other muscles in an exercise. Like bench my shoulders come into play more than they should so for pecs I have to do more db flies or cables after bench.

not to mention I've seen machine made by different companies and be better than others. They have one pec deck that is different from the others at the gym I go to and it just stretches back further and makes my pecs burn way better than the other pec decs. I always use it not many do..

Used that today.
Started with that (pullovers) x 3 sets
Underhand lat pulldowns x 3 sets
barbell rows x 3 sets
db rows x 2 sets
cable rows x 2 sets
natural type routine. heavy 8-12 reps. For you Dago I would do 15-20 sets for back if youre still on test/tren/dbol.
