  • Finally!!!

    Well I gave it a go today after two months of healing the Arm. Worked light 3 sets of each 6 to 8 reps. All dumbell work and a little bit of cable work, chest back shoulders arms. A general all around work out. Didn't get any pain out of tricep. I wanted to check all kinds of pulls and pushes and see how it affected it.I'll watch for swelling over night and into tommorow, but I feel I didnt do anything wrong.

    Gonna stay like this for another two weeks, then slowly increase weights and get back into my normal routine...:thumup: Damn it felt good to be back in there...:weights::weights:

        Got work out #2 in today was soar as hell from monday but got it done and tri still feels good bumped up the sets to 10 to 12 reps:thumup:
