    Felt refreshing to get away from the old standard sets, supers, and drops. Great workout and really just felt good.

      Chest, back, shoulders, calves 10-15 x 11 circuits. today I'll run biceps triceps quads hams and Abs. Two days on, one off. Cardio ed for at least 30 mins.

            i like circuit training for a switch up.. lately i go 3 weeks in the gym and a week of insanity .. its a great change of pace and i get a sick work out
