Let say you have a very busy week. Has anyone here done two workouts in a day? Full workouts, in am and one in pm. I would think that would be better than skipping a workout that week.

I know the pros claim to do it. Arnold in his encyclopedia had this kind of stuff - morning workout, nap, evening workout. I have done cardio in the morning and a weights session in the afternoon, but frankly, I'm not sure I'd have anything in the tank for the 2nd weights session. Maybe you can combine a hard session (chest/tris) with an easy session (abs, calves, etc.)?
