  • Mind tricks?

    So I just finished my work out.. I have completed 3 weeks back after arm injury. Feeling good no pain. Now..I have been working light trying to build arm back up and not strain it or injure it again. Def getting good work. The thing I have noticed is working with lighter weights I'm doing the exercises slower and really watching my form more. To me it seems I am getting a much better work out doing this then I was working with heavier weights and cheating a bit before I got hurt. I'm worn out about 3/4's of the way thru the routine now and feeling it afterwards. Is it just because I'm getting back into it..or am I really getting a better work out? To me it seems I'm getting more out of it working slower and lighter..thoughts?

    I think the slow, concentrated movements are giving you a better workout. :weights:

      Swallowing your ego and working with good form and lower weights is always a good idea.
