  • Too much or not enough? Low intensity cardio/weights

    Hey all,
    I have been doing my weight training followed by low intensity cardio in the morning. Cardio is usually for 60 mins, heart rate 120ish ... I've been tracking my % of cals burned that are from fat and im usually around 30%.

    Usually I just have half a banana before the gym, some sort of protein shake after, ive been carb cutting as well.. I certainly dont look like im losing muscle which is good. Would love some tips / tricks / tweaks .. thanks

      Yeah, I know.. Im just curious about the muscle loss rumors.. I feel like I eat enough protein.. and while on aas and gh that it shouldnt be a big thing..

      also, is 2 sessions of low intensity cardio too much for a day? I do cardio every day after my work out..im definitely getting lean and hard looking

        If you can pull off 2 LISS cadio sessions a day, more power to you. Keep protein cals up and intensity at 65% of max and you'll be fine as far as muscle loss is concerned.
