  • Bench PR today

    8 reps with 95lb DBs.

Felt strong although my eating was subpar today. Weight holding at 148lbs.

I can almost reach out and touch the 100s lol...

Thanks bro! Truth be told, I was really pushing it probably against my better judgment. First 3 or 4 reps were ok, after that I was risking injury as I was feeling it deep in my shoulder joint in addition to my pecs. I'll probably back own a bit and build up again over time.. Don't want to end up on the DL.

good shit bro thats great strength to weight ratio!
tip tuck them shoulder blade under dont let the shoulder go up when the weight gets heavy. I know easyer said than done but that will save them alot of pain or injury

Thanks for the tip bro, I'll have to think about that consciously when I warm up next time.. it is a bit hard to picture but I am sure I will get it when I do it.

Great job bro! If you did 8 reps with 95 you can easily get a couple with the 100's.

This isn't actually bench, it's flat dumbbell press

                      nice my friend.

i try not to get caught up in the numbers anymore... I use the Bouncer philosophy LOL. slow and controlled, squeeze the muscle and use good form. it worked out well for me... be a bodybuilder not a weighlifter
