I don't usually lift at night, so I can get enough post-workout nutrition, but I had to tonight. Of course, I had my pre-workout drink with stimulant. Now I'm afraid I'm gonna have a crappy night sleep-wise. Will melatonin or anything else counteract stimulants and get me some decent sleep or am I just screwed? :tired:
Guess I could always call in sick to work and start my weekend early so I can get some extra sleep!
