Yea man I know a little about the system its fucked lol he isn't on any paper he had to serve 85% of his time before even could be eligible for parole because violent crimes in KY you serve 85% as if it were maybe a drug case it would be 20% and drug classes. They wouldn't even grant him parole when he served his 85 but you guys dont know the details to everything either it was pretty bad pretty stupid would be a better term but somebody tried to rob him for some shit and about died over it. Like I said I think he learned man losing your freedom is so fucking degrading. We are close for real if he knew somebody was plotting on me he wouldn't hesitate for a second man. this state is all fucked up they sending people to prison for possession and simple things that should be treatment/probation. So the reason for overcrowding here is the commonwealth. Like when I got in trouble few years back my so called "victim" didn't miss a court date. He got beat up right in front of his girl so he wanted my ass in jail :D anyway even if you do not have a complaining witness the state picks it up and presses charges when they should just drop it and forget it man its 2012 who cares? fuck the commonwealth

you bring up a very good point. i am fairly certain that more than half of the inmates in Ca are in for drugs; these are non violent crimes where there is no victim. Total bs.

yes, we are the state, so yeah thats why its flawed my friend all this bs is costing us, the taxpayers billions to lock up these not so bad guys, feed the fat fuckin babysitters, the cops are able to keep their jobs arresting these nonviolent criminals the list goes on and on.

America locks up more people per capita than any other nation in the WORLD and this needs to be changed.
