I got laid off from work for 6 months never filed for unemployment or any type of goverment assistance if thats what you call it. I keep all my insurance/benefits. I'm not rich but stable enough to take it easy all though I did apply for another job that would be great for me and my kiddo but I think my background from when I was younger will split my head. Anyways been off bout 2 weeks and taking full advantage of the free time and extra sleep and I am very suprised at how fast I noticed my muscles looking more full and lean(mirror muscle B :D) in only 2 weeks with the extra rest actually over sleeping all I been doing is lifting eating and sleeping. I have been waking up in the middle of the night and eating half/tub cottage cheese with some jasmine rice mixed in it. Sounds like shit ya well its working I drink a big glass of water too as I wake up a couple times usually to pee and feel the water is helping me keep a full better look. This is just my thinking based on watching my own body change. I was getting up at 5:00 am 4 days a week and trying my best to get as much sleep as possible and was getting frustrated w my progress. Now with more free time on my hands to cook/diet/train/sleep I feel I may actually attain my goal and that is 225 lbs with abs. I was using adrol/test stack last winter did it like MR.I and Bouncer told me used the oral at 50mg daily for only 10 days (thats a lie I did 15 days) and was up to 222 lbs but not lean at all very bloated puffy look but damn I was strong. I was 213 lbs lean imo not competition lean like some of you,but when I came off all the compounds and started using only 250mg test-e weekly over 2 months now I have only lost 3 lbs and some of that was fat/water so floating back n forth between 210-211 daily. I ramble I know sorry fellas I just wanted to point out that lets not forget how important getting plenty of sleep is. Its one thing to read about this but its great to see good results/progress without adding a steriod or chemical to your body. Gonna train for the next maybe 3 months or until I stop making gains then I have 5ml of sust 400 ima kickstart my next cycle half cc twice weekly with 250mg test-e weekly (this proved to be a great combo with the different esters) for total of 650mg test gonna go 20 weeks on that w 300mg tren-e maybe 400mg. After 10 weeks in gonna take Growthmans advice and add the orals after the oils have kicked in will be using winstrol 25mg every 12 hrs hopefully for 10 weeks plan on having blood work done twice during those 10 weeks around the 5 week mark and the 8 week mark. Trying to stay away from high estrogenic aas and am reading a lot on the difference between estrogen and progesterone << sorry if mispelled you know my lack of education and all. If this cycle doesn't get me where i'm trying to get 225 and keep.. which I feel like I should have already accomplished a year ago and feel like one these guys that jack tors mentioned the other day 5 cycles later still the same weight. I am exactly 21 lbs heavier and leaner at my new weight now than when I actually joined this site. again if this next cycle doesn't do the trick it will be low dose test cycles from here out mostly for anti-aging purposes and all around being fit and in shape/healthy life style. I know I post random about different cycles ima do or this or that but after thinking it over and reading countless hrs through the threads on this site and began to understand more and more I feel my best bet since i'm not competing is focus more on diet/sleep/training and I will say this again a small high protien meal in the middle of the night has helped a lot as well. Think B said Cutler does this.. I think 8-9-10 hrs of sleep w no nutrition during those hrs isn't good. Body needs nutrition while its sleeping to grow. I used to do this a lot when I trained natty and was having trouble gaining weight. High protien meal with a complex carb source in the middle of the night could be what you need to achieve your goals or a couple extra hrs of sleep will do it instead of putting another compound in your body (not saying any of you guys do but I know some that will look at more steriods when it could be just tweek this or that to your routine) ok i'm done :D point of thread try to get a couple extra hrs sleep whenever you get a chance. damn thats a long post. lol. but yea bro i feel ya. when all you have to do is train and eat all day there is no fucken excuse not to look good.
i dont think you need to get up in the middle of the night to eat though, body is better served just resting. but if your stomach is waking you up starving then by all means eat.
like your attitude towards it all. people dont get it, if you dont love it, if you dont live for it, you can never be your best.

No I just been taking in a lot of water no more gatorade or tea just water so gotta pee a lot so figure I may as well eat while i'm awake..and ya i am hungry at night lately. In all honesty i think the lil protien snack in the middle of the night helps me sleep better and feeds my muscles I am seeing a difference since I started doing this. I was thinking the other day and this may sound extreme but pro bb's that want size and have the money time and medical supervision would actually be on some type of feeding tube or other form of feeding, getting a constant balanced flow of nutrition going through there bodys while sleeping. The way I see it the better I eat the better the aas will work. We go 8 hrs give or take with nothing then we try to eat every 2-3 hrs during the day..don't make sense??

But I have hard time gaining man I don't agree with the meal in the middle of the night being a mental thing as long as its clean muscle food plus the food puts me back into a deeper sleep as where if I feel hungry or like I gotta pee I can't sleep or dont sleep sound. I cant sleep on empty stomach I have to be full to the rim when its bed time

Ya we dicussed this before fb and you are right to a point. If you are in a deep sleep this is when muscle repair/recovery are best. But like I said I'm up and down all night running to the bathroom if I feel I have to go even a little bit I can't sleep..might as well eat something before I go back to bed. lol bro if you had any idea how much I eat to maintain my lil 211 frame..I can't seem to get something all the way right..I have a 4 pack not a 6 pack..can't get my carb intake right is what I think it may be.
