      I swear when I get stressed I get paranoid I'm going to have heart problems, best way typo ease it is do cardio, leaves me feeling at piece and relaxed

        I think it depends on the level of stress. If I'm badly stressed I cant do cardio - just too much thinking time. Marginal yes, run and zone out.

        For a laugh, I'll tell you about paranoia - my wife thinks our phones are bugged and someone has put cameras in our house. Now, thats paranoid. I was going to post a thread on this but thought better of it... until a now after a few beers. Bitch is scaring me!!!

              The only things that kept me from tearing someones face off these past 2 months (with school, work, baby, family issues, etc..) is the gym and sexual release.

                all i know, cardio turns me into a fucking furnace. literly soaks all my clothes to the point i can ring them out like a towel dunked in a sink.

                but i agree, its a good stress buster. blast the head phones and just get into it.

                  On my days off, which is Sunday, I'll do 45 mins. Lifting days I will either say Fuck it, or I'll hit 15 to 20mins. I absolutely cannot stand cardio.
