          Hate declines.... since I only do DBs, just getting into position puts me in an ergonomically disadvantageous position. Not worth the risk for me personally.

            Personally I rarely do them. It's always been a rather awkward movement for me.

              I haven't done declines in probably 10 years. I think there are better exercises that target the muscles (chest & tris) much better then declines do.

                  yes my elbows hurt to on skull crushers but they work.
                  what about weigted dips? head down helps chest head up kills tris. work on strict form they are the best IMO.
                  you can do kick backs also.
