    Today did;
    extensions
    leg press
    hacks
    leg.curl
    standing leg curl
    hack calf
    donkey.calf
    20mins walking treadmill

    have legs today.

    hack squat machine.

    extensions.

    lying leg curl.

    seated calf

    30 min cardio. bumped cardio up to 30 min 6 days a week after every training session about 3 weeks ago. 2.0 incline 3.2 speed.

      nice, simple, just be careful going straight in on hacks like that, should do ten mins bike first

        its not in order. i actually do calves first because if i dont the pad pushes down on my quads when they are pumped and hurts like hell.

        i always do a few light weight reps to warm up also.
