Possible injury question...

so Thursday and friday my shoulder on the anterior delt was radiating pain every couple minutes followed by my tricep twitching, I trained shoulders today and the pain is gone. have any of you guys experienced anything like this before?

sounds like you tweeked a nerve. give it some rest and should be fine.
